		<description>Your acorn flour came out nice. It isn&#039;t that bad of a process. I start with 5-10 jars of nutmeats and add water to within 2 inches of the rim. Top off the water everyday for about 7 days. This leaches the tannins.</description>

My son and I have collected acorns for years to make acorn flour with, but they end up to hard to grind. I think it was putting them in the dehydrator. I will try your way this year!
